Annette is the Owner/Broker of First Action Realty Charlotte NC.  After having affiliated with large franchised real estate companies, she decided to open First Action Realty in order to provide more personal, independent and flexible services for her clients. First Action is a small company with big values!  With more that 15 years in the real estate industry, she has built a strong referral business by arming her clients with all the information they need to make good informed decisions.  Her experience and knowledge of available inventory in Charlotte and surrounding cities and counties will give you the edge you need to make the best decision and more importantly, to feel comfortable and secure about that decision.

About Eudoria Giles-Marsh

Eudoria is a licensed Real Estate Broker bringing more than four years experience to the team.  She has a passion for helping others.  Her ultimate goal is  helping individuals find the home of their dreams.  Eudoria enjoys educating first time buyers about the home buying process and is there to support them from contract to closing.  She also has experience and the expertise needed to market and sell homes with the ultimate goal of getting as much money as possible for their homes in the least time.  She prides herself on providing a smooth seamless selling process.  Eudoria specializes in first time homebuyers and HUD properties in York Union, and Mecklenburg counties.
