After having affiliated with large franchised real estate companies, she decided to open First Action Realty in order to provide more personal, independent and flexible services for her clients. With more than 15 years in the real estate industry, she has built a strong referral business by arming her clients with all the information they need to make good informed decisions. Her experience and knowledge of available inventory in Charlotte and surrounding cities and counties will give you the edge you need to make the best decision and more importantly feel comfortable and secure about that decision.
Annette prides herself on finding the right home that fits her buyer's needs and tastes in price, style, size, amenities and resale value.
